Two Conference Rooms
On our first floor are two characteristic meeting rooms who has a typical cosy and relaxing atmosphere that you will not easily find elsewhere.
The rooms have all facilities with private entrance and toilets. You can completely self-supporting use your coffee, tea and soft drinks facilities, so we will not disturb during your meeting.
For lunch or dinner during your meeting you can order and we will serve your dishes at your conference table.
The small room can accommodate up to 10 people and is called the ‘Bedstee’ The large room can accommodate up to 20 people and is called the ‘Hooizolder’

The room hire involves the use of all facilities as mentioned before such as, table linen, flip over, projector notepads, pens etc. we advise you when using your laptop with the beamers to preferably use a Windows Computer, or by using a Mac to bring the necessary connection cords yourself.
Because of our rural location, the internet is not the fastest, it is therefore wise to put (film)presentations on a disk/drive.
Meetings are possible from 09.00 am till 11.00 pm
In the morning the meeting rooms and the restaurant are accessible to your participants from 30 minutes before the start time of your reserved meeting.

The basic conference package consists of unlimited coffee, tea, mineral water, soft drinks, cookies and fruit and is a minimum requirement by booking a room. Coffees ordered in the restaurant are not included in the basic conference package, these will be charged on your bill.

For the purpose of the invoice (10,00 administration costs), with lunches and dinners for conferences on account, we ask you to give your invoice adress, Cost center or purchase order number ànd we like to have your businesscard and signature on the receipt.
